We will have a 7 hour difference in times while in Malawi - noon our time is 7 pm over there. Thus, don't be alarmed if a blog post appears at a time that you would think I should be off building a house!

Temperatures this week are running around 68 -70 degrees Fahrenheit - not what one thinks of when they hear "Africa" but it is currently their winter season.
I am one of a group of 13 team members that are heading to the Mulanje district in Malawi, Africa on July 1st to participate in a Habitat for Humanity Global Village build. Inspired by my friend Getty, I have developed this blog and invite you to follow my journey. I anticipate it to be an experience of a lifetime!
